As the CEO of I.S.A. Bill brings years of
playing experience ranging from an All-American college career to the
NFL. Prior to joining I.S.A. Bill was managing partner of Troiani and
Troiani where he primarily handled the firms litigations. Since joining
I.S.A. in 2007 Bill has been dedicated to the growth I.S.A. in not only
football but hockey and NASCAR as well. Bill is a graduate of Trinity
Law School in Southern California and resides in Irvine, California.

Bardia Ghahremani,

Bardia
is an experienced contract advisor certified with the:
- NFLPA (National Football League Players
Association),
- NBPA (National Basketball Players Association)
- CFLPA (Canadian Football League Players
Association)
Bardia has been representing NFL players
and MMA fighters since 2001. He is certified by the National Football
League Players Association to negotiate contracts under the current
collective bargaining agreement. To his credit, Bardia has produced over
100 player contracts in excess of $150 million in salaries and
incentives. His endorsement partnerships include Nike, Adidas, Coca-Cola
Company/Powerade, and the Pepsi Company. Bardia is a graduate of Ohio
Northern School of Law and currently resides in Irvine,
California.

Adelqui J. Boue, Esq. - General Counsel/Agent
Adelqui is an experienced
contract advisor certified with the
- NFLPA (National Football League Players
Association),
- CFLPA (Canadian Football League Players
Association)
- AFLPA (Arena Football League Players
Association).
Adelqui is registered in the State of Texas and
holds memberships in the Sports Lawyers Association and the Sports and
Entertainment Law Committees of both the American Bar Association and
the Chicago Bar Association.
He is also a partner at the general practice law
firm of Tellez & Boué, Ltd., which handles corporate and residential
real estate matters, contract drafting and negotiation, as well as
aspects of sports and entertainment law. Adelqui received his degrees
from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and The John
Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois.
Prior positions include the media relations
department of the Chicago Cubs Major League Baseball team and the chief
assistant to a Chicago sports agent representing athletes in the
National Basketball Association, Continental Basketball Association and
several European basketball leagues.

Scott Deady J.D - Director
of Hockey Operations
As the newest member of the I.S.A.
Family Scott brings over over 20 years experience in the sport
of hockey, some of which was spent competing at the college and
international levels. His duties
range from scouting and recruiting throughout
Russia and North America. Along with procuring performance
contracts and endorsement deals for hockey clients. Scott
handles the daily and personal issues of
hockey clients. He is a graduate of Ohio Northern University
College of Law, and currently resides in Chicago, Illinois.
