As the CEO of I.S.A., Bill presents over 25 years of experience as a business owner and trial lawyer. As a former collegiate and professional quarterback Bill offers a unique perspective from a player’s standpoint. After an All-American college career at North Eastern Illinois, Bill signed on to play with the NFL’s St. Louis Cardinals. Bill continues to prove he is an invaluable asset to I.S.A clients and staff, providing outstanding corporate leadership and extensive legal counsel. Prior to joining I.S.A. Bill was the managing partner of Troiani and Troiani where he primarily handled the firms litigations. Bill’s knowledge of the legal system is truly extraordinary. Results are always the best measure and Bill’s astonishing case success rate made him one of the most sought after legal advisors in Southern California.
Since joining I.S.A. in 2007, Bill has been dedicated to the growth of all I.S.A. divisions. I.S.A. Football and Hockey have grown exponentially during his tenure. Bill currently resides in Irvine, California.

Bardia is the cornerstone of I.S.A. He has been successfully representing NFL, MMA and NASCAR athletes since 2001. He graduated from UC Santa Barbara and Ohio Northern Law. His distinctive ability to connect with clients and industry professionals alike has made him one of the most respected player representatives in the business. As the Chief Operations Officer, Bardia ensures that every client with I.S.A. is provided with a full-service client-agent relationship that reaches even beyond the extent of his professional obligations. Bardia and his team at I.S.A. have proudly developed a superior formula for marketing, promoting and placing I.S.A. clients into successful career opportunities at the next level.
Most importantly, with an ever changing economic climate, Bardia has been able to consistently devise and negotiate creative player contracts that provide financial stability and roster leverage for his clients. To his credit, Bardia has produced over 1,000 player contracts in excess of $500 million in salaries and incentives.
Along with possessing exceptional negotiation skills Bardia also handles all of the public relations and charitable endeavors of the I.S.A. Children’s foundation. This organization was created to help link I.S.A. clients, staff and community members to various children’s and humanitarian causes throughout the world.
During his tenure at I.S.A., Bardia has solidified outstanding endorsement/marketing partnerships with companies like: Nike, Adidas, Reebok, New Balance, Under Armor, Coca-Cola Company, Pepsi Company, Upper Deck, Topps, Sage Collectibles. Bardia is single and currently resides in Mission Viejo, California.

Steve Kaufman – V.P. of Operations
Steve has been with I.S.A. since the company first opened its doors in 2001. After earning his bachelor’s degree at UC Santa Barbara, Steve was contacted by college friend & founder Bardia Ghahremani to assist him in starting a Southern California based full-service sports agency. Immediately Steve was on board and ready to do anything to help grow the company.
Originally, Steve began as the Director of Scouting searching the country for future NFL talent that would help provide a sound base to the I.S.A. football division. Steve helped I.S.A. gain some of its early NFL clients like Dwaine Carpenter, Calvin Carlyle, Ken Simonton and Junius Coston (5th round, 2005).
Early in his career, Steve took the initiative to expand his role into the marketing and promotional arm of the company. This move provided him with an opportunity to promote clients and pitch sponsorships initiatives to potential corporate partners.
In 2008, Steve was noticeably elevating I.S.A.’s profile within the industry and was named Director of Marketing for the entire company. Steve is proud to have established ties with Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Nike, Adidas, Reebok, Upper Deck, Sage Collectables, Labrada Supplements and The Walt Disney Company/ABC Network.
In 2010, with I.S.A. growing at a rapid pace, Steve was asked to take on a new role in the company as the V.P. of Operations. Steve currently oversees all of the football, hockey, racing and marketing divisions. With his leadership, creativity and industry connections, I.S.A. will continue to provide its clients with a cutting edge, first-class representation experience. Steve currently works out of corporate headquarters in Newport Beach, CA and resides in Orange County, CA with his wife Germaine.

Adelqui J. Boué, Esq. – Executive V.P./General Counsel

Adelqui brings a wealth of sports law experience to I.S.A. Football. Adelqui is a certified athlete agent in the state of Texas. In addition, he holds memberships in the Sports Lawyers Association and the Sports and Entertainment Law Committees of the American Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association and the Houston Bar Association.
Holding law licenses in both Illinois and Texas allows Adelqui to be a versatile asset to I.S.A. and his clients. Adelqui has easily become the most dynamic sports and entertainment law specialist at I.S.A. With his clear understanding of the NFL collective bargaining agreement, Adelqui always go into salary negotiation scenarios with a full arsenal of research, knowledge and a complete game plan to gain maximum contract value. In addition, Adelqui is well versed in legal document drafting and corporate/residential real estate law. This insight allows Adelqui to provide full service representation to his clients from the entry draft process to post-career planning.
Prior positions in the sports entertainment industry include the media relations department of the Chicago Cubs Major League Baseball team and the chief assistant to a Chicago based sports agent representing athletes in the National Basketball Association, Continental Basketball Association and several European basketball leagues. Adelqui currently resides in Houston, TX with his lovely wife Suzanne and their two children.

Scott Deady J.D. - Sr. Director of Hockey Operations

In 2010, Scott was named as the Sr. Director of I.S.A. Hockey. Scott oversees all aspects of I.S.A. Hockey which gives him the ultimate flexibility to provide an elite representation platform. Scott has successfully instilled policies and procedures within the hockey division that mirror ethical representation practices of all other I.S.A. sport divisions.
Over the years, Scott has built a strong network of working relationships with personnel in the NHL, KHL, OHL, WHL, AHL, ECHL and USHL as well as all of the professional minor leagues in North America. Scott has continued to forge trusted relationships throughout the international stage specifically those in Russia. Scott has quickly become known as the premier North American hockey advisor that can assist international players achieve their professional goals. Scott is single and currently resides in Chicago, IL with his loyal American Foxhound “Halas.”

Ryan Ballard J.D. - Hockey Advisor

Ryan joined I.S.A. Hockey in 2010. Ryan has compiled over 22 years of hockey experience as a player, coach and advisor. Growing up in Detroit, Michigan, Ryan played youth hockey for the prestigious Honeybaked organization prior to playing for his high school. Ryan took his playing career to the collegiate level for Morrisville State College where he played center. Ryan is a graduate of Western Michigan University, Thomas M. Cooley Law School, and is a formally trained mediator.
Prior to joining I.S.A., Ryan gained valuable experience working at Dynasty Athlete Representation as a hockey advisor and at General Sports and Entertainment, LLC in their legal department. Ryan’s specialty at I.S.A. Hockey focuses on full service hockey advising that assists clients with career path decisions, player contracts, business agreements and post career counseling. Over the years, Ryan has formed strong working relationships within the NHL, major pro, junior and prep school leagues in North America. Ryan also has established
connections in Europe that allow players to take advantage of the many professional opportunities overseas. Ryan brings a fresh perspective to the business that allows him to create a dynamic relationship with his clients and industry personnel. This unique hands-on method of hockey advising has proven to be a formula for success on and off the ice. Though he works out of the Detroit area, Ryan has clients throughout the U.S. and Canada.
