Bardia Ghahremani,
J.D. -
Chief Operations Officer / Agent
Bardia
is an experienced contract advisor certified with the:
NFLPA
(National Football League Players Association),
NBPA
(National Basketball Players Association) and
AFLPA
(Arena Football League Players Association).
Bardia has been representing NFL players
and MMA fighters since 1999. He is certified by the National Football
League Players Association to negotiate contracts under the current
collective bargaining agreement. To his credit, Bardia has produced over
100 player contracts in excess of $150 million in salaries and
incentives. His endorsement partnerships include Nike, Adidas, Coca-Cola
Company/Powerade, and the Pepsi Company. Bardia is a graduate of Ohio
Northern School of Law and currently resides in Mission Viejo,
California.

Steve Kaufman -
V.P. of Operations
Steve is the co-founder of I.S.A. since
its establishment in 1999. As the V.P. of Operations, he oversees the
I.S.A’s Regional Scouting Divisions throughout the nation. Other
responsibilities include player marketing and client development. Steve
spent six years with Buena Vista Pictures Distribution of the Walt
Disney Company as a Senior Marketing Coordinator. Steve is currently
runs a high-school football outreach workshop that provides information
to players and families regarding collegiate student athletic programs.
Steve is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara and
resides in Lake Forest, CA.

Lisa King -
V.P. of Marketing
Lisa has 15 plus years in Marketing and Public Relations
and began working with I.S.A. in 2006. Lisa brings many hours of
non-profit work along with a background of working for numerous fortune
500 companies to include the most recent organization; Gannett
Publications, where she worked for five years as their Regional Sales
Manager. Lisa currently heads the marketing division for I.S.A. and is
an pivotal part of the daily operations. Lisa resides in Las Vegas,
Nevada.

Tim Lucore - Football
Coordinator
Tim has been with I.S.A. since 2004. As a
senior scouting coordinator Tim handles all recruitment scouting and
consulting. Tim played linebacker for 4 seasons at Chapman University in
Orange, CA. Tim graduated in 2000 with a B.S. in Psychology. Tim currently resides in
Costa Mesa, CA with his two children Mia and Evan.

 Germaine Garcia
- Senior Marketing Coordinator
Germaine has been
with I.S.A. since 2004. As a senior marketing coordinator Germaine
brings her business and sales knowledge to the I.S.A. marketing
department. She currently works on player recruitment, preliminary
endorsement proposals, charity foundation set up and player interview
training. Germaine is a superior sales person by trade and consistently
incorporates those skills into her marketing duties. Germaine currently
resides in Lake Forest, CA. |
